ROLE: Technician.

Mark started playing with electronics like TV, Video and Hi-Fi over 20 years ago, and quickly got a taste of working on computers, since then he has not looked back. He has a knack for thinking outside the box to find the cause of the fault, and is a dab hand with a soldering iron too.
