Really helpful calm approach amidst crisis of thinking I had lost all our files and folders (including holiday & personal photos!). They explained things to me well and kept me informed, the link to track was useful. I really appreciated the student discount and thankful that the files are all retrieved and the computer is working with no problems now; they also obtained a battery for me and fitted it as laptop had been losing charge. Thank you very much.

Better than Apple! Was told by Apple I needed a new battery. These guys checked it out and said nope it’s your charger that’s faulty! They could easily have charged me for a new battery AND charger! Honesty and integrity and fast repairs. Cant recommend highly enough.

We had a tricky repair with an old iMac which required fixing the graphics card, not replacing it. It was clear that the two technicians I spoke to when delivering and collecting were experienced and really knew their stuff ( I have a technical background and can tell). The repair was explained clearly to me, it was successful and very reasonably priced. No hesitation in giving 5 stars.
